Defecte posibile COLT - rezolvare
sorin111, in acesti 40.000 km i-ai curatat vreodata admisia, corpul clapeta cu tot cu senzor ?
Mai ales senzorul asta care atunci cand este obturat de mizerie, provoaca fix simptomele descrise de tine mai sus.
Ce ai scris tu, li s-a intamplat si altora si s-a rezolvat rapid in service sau..cu un spray si...

Uau, esti foarte amabil si mi-ar face placere sa te cunosc chiar daca locuiesc in Urziceni, IL. Din pacate (sau poate din fericire, cine stie...?) becul s-a stins ieri fara ca eu sa am nici un merit.Acum tocmai citeam de zor in manual unde zice cam asa:
1."Failsafe Control
If the engine-ECU or engine-A-M/T-ECU detects a malfunction
in the system, it illuminates the engine warning lamp.
At the same time, the engine-ECU or engine-A-M/T-ECU reduces
the engine output by restricting the throttle valve opening
or by cutting off the fuel supply, or, it disables the
throttle valve control servo by cutting off the power to
the throttle valve control servo relay.
When the power to the throttle valve control servo relay is
cut off, the throttle valve assumes a prescribed opening
(to supply a volume of air that enables a minimum operation
of the vehicle). Thus, this control enables the vehicle to
be driven at a minimum level even if a malfunction occurs
in the throttle control system."

2."THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR (TPS)
The throttle position sensor, which is built into the throttle
body, inputs a voltage that corresponds to the rotational angle
of the throttle shaft into the engine-ECU or engine-A-M/T-ECU.
The TPS has two output systems: TPS (main) and TPS (sub). When
the throttle valve rotates, the output voltages of the TPS (main)
and TPS (sub) change, enabling the engine-ECU or engine-A-M/T-ECU
to detect the extent of the opening of the throttle valve.
Based on these output voltages, the engine-ECU or engine-A-M/T-ECU
controls the throttle valve control servo in order to attain the
target opening at the throttle valve.
Furthermore, the engine-ECU or engine-A-M/T-ECU monitors the TPS
for malfunctions by comparing the voltages that are output by the
TPS (main) and the TPS (sub).
Based on this signal, the engine-ECU or engine-A-M/T-ECU effects
feedback control on the throttle valve control servo. The throttle
position sensor is a non-contact type that uses a Hall IC to ensure
reliability."
Din pacate acolo sunt doar poze schematice si imi vine greu sa gasesc pe masina, asta in cazul in care am identificat corect ceea ce mi-ai zis tu....
Daca as avea o poza la motor cu zona respectiva, mi-ar fi mult mai usor.
Am mai gasit ceva:

1.Remove the air intake hose from the throttle body.
2.Remove the throttle body assembly.

Do not spray the cleaning fluid directly to the throttle valve.
Make sure it does not enter the sensor through the shaft.
3.Spray cleaning fluid on a clean cloth.
4.Wipe off the dirt around the throttle valve with the cloth sprayed with cleaning fluid.
5.Install the throttle body assembly.
6.Attach the air intake hose.

Becul se mai stinge, se mai aprinde, dar problema nu dispare.
Mergi la service sau apeleaza la cineva care a mai curatat admisia, respectiv senzorul.
Stiu ce si cum trebuie curatat, dar nu stiu cat de bine m-as face inteles prin explicati si poze.
Eu zic sa apelezi la service in prima instanta si apoi il poti curata si singur.
Spray...de curatat contacte...
Mergi la service sau apeleaza la cineva care a mai curatat admisia, respectiv senzorul.
Stiu ce si cum trebuie curatat, dar nu stiu cat de bine m-as face inteles prin explicati si poze.
Eu zic sa apelezi la service in prima instanta si apoi il poti curata si singur.

Din pacate pentru mine, cel mai apropiat service este la 100 km, o diagnosticare banuiesc ca e in jur la 80 lei, curatat admisia tot cam pe acolo, 100% mecanicii vor constata ca senzorul trebuie inlocuit si trebuie sa rezerv o zi intreaga pentru asta... O sa trebuiasca sa ma descurc singur deocamdata. Daca poti sa-mi spui in cateva cuvinte la ce trebuie sa fiu atent ti-as fi recunoscator. promit ca nu o sa te bat la cap cu intrebari inocente. Cat despre poze ar fi aur curat pentru mine dar nu stiu daca ai timp pentru asa ceva.

eu stau in ciorogarla. ....e taman pe partea aialalta a bucurestiului.
si bineinteles ca nu te pot ajuta decat in weekend. daca te bate gandul, da-mi un semn vineri. daca te grabesti, fa-ti o programare la unul din serviceuri...nu cred ca te va pune nimeni sa schimbi nimic, faptul ca se imbacseste clapeta e normal.

Da, si tin si eu sa-i multumesc lui COObra si lui Andrei pentru sfaturi si indemnuri. Sincer, daca nu se lua COObra de mine, o lasam de azi pe maine si nu rezolvam o problema atat de simpla. Am strans cureaua si nu mai am zgomote de greieri sub capota (desi imediat a doua zi facea la fel, am strans mai tare si s-a rezolvat). Plus mare avantaj, cu aceasta ocazie am si eu acum propia mea cheie fixa de 13. (Tare bine e sa ai lucrul tau).
